Master Supply Agreement
AEROTECH-2025 — Aerotech Hydraulics
4.2 Delivery lead time. Deliveries shall be completed within a firm lead time of 21 days from purchase-order date.
Counterparties miss deadlines, overcharge, and break warranty and reliability commitments, and almost nobody catches it. METIS reads your contracts, automatically detects every breach, calculates exactly what you're owed, and manages each claim through to recovery.
Born in aviation. Built for every industry.

Every contract in your industry typically defines SLAs (Service Level Agreements): delivery times, availability levels, prices, warranty periods, and much more.
Tracking those contractual SLAs against real-world data has always been a challenge — until we created METIS.
METIS is a unique system that cross-checks your contract terms against your data and gives you, as output: the non-compliances it detects, the claims to issue to your counterparties — by you or automatically by the system — and full lifecycle management of every claim, from generation through to the recovery of your compensation.

Parameterized terms
We translate your counterparty terms and contract SLAs into machine language: every lead time, penalty rate, warranty period, cost, and availability term — including the exceptions negotiated for specific materials or periods, and every other applicable term. You hand us the contracts you want in METIS; we do the setup.
As your operational data flows in, METIS checks every transaction against your contract terms and raises a fully-calculated claim the moment something's owed — using your contract's own numbers. No spreadsheets. No manual hunting.

Every claim is scheduled the moment it's created, with self-renewing follow-ups so a silent counterparty never becomes a forgotten claim. At a glance you see what's due today, what's expiring soon, and exactly how much money is on the line — and when you need to act.
An entire module of powerful metrics and charts built for analysis. See how much you've recovered, which suppliers cost you most, where you're exposed, and much more.
Four built-in analytics areas. 100+ key metrics. Plus the freedom to add your own custom KPIs.

Meet Ulises
Ask Ulises about your claims, contracts, and analytics in plain language and get an answer in seconds. No reports to commission, no analyst to wait for.
And because your contract terms, pricing, and negotiation history are the most sensitive data you hold, Ulises is private and self-hosted. Your data is never sent to any external AI provider — you get the power of conversational AI with none of the exposure.
Ulises is read-only and respects your team's permissions: it can analyze and explain, but never change anything, and it only ever sees data you're allowed to see.
We started where we were born — aviation maintenance — and proved METIS on real airline and MRO operations. But the engine doesn't care what the contract is about. If it has measurable terms, METIS can hold counterparties to them. The same engine is built to extend into any counterparty relationship governed by a written contract.
Odiseo Solutions is a software company that helps businesses recover the money their suppliers and counterparties owe them when contract terms are broken. Founded in 2025 and born in aviation, we build intelligent software for operational problems that big vendors overlook. Our first product is METIS.
METIS is contract-claim recovery software that automatically detects supplier contract breaches, calculates exactly what you're owed, and manages every claim through to recovery. It reads your supplier and vendor contracts, monitors your operational data, and turns broken commitments — late deliveries, overcharges, warranty and reliability failures — into recovered cash.
The fastest way is to automatically check every transaction against your contract terms and file a claim the moment a term is breached — which is exactly what METIS does. Most companies lose this money because breaches are buried in thousands of transactions and claims expire before anyone files them. METIS finds them, calculates the amount owed, and tracks each claim to settlement.
METIS detects any measurable contract or SLA breach, including late-delivery penalties, price differences and overcharges, standard, repair and in-house warranty failures, reliability shortfalls (MTBUR), rogue units, and cost-guarantee (DMC) overruns. If a clause has measurable terms, METIS can hold your counterparties to it.
METIS is purpose-built for aviation supplier and MRO claims management — it was proven on real airline and MRO operations against OEMs, repair shops and parts suppliers. It automates the detection, calculation, and recovery of contract claims that airlines and MROs normally lose to manual, spreadsheet-based tracking.
No — METIS was born in aviation but its engine works for any industry. Any supplier or counterparty relationship governed by a written contract with measurable terms can be handled by the same engine; aviation maintenance is simply where we proved it first.
Your data stays inside your own environment and is never shared with other organizations or sent to any external AI provider. Even METIS's built-in AI assistant, Ulises, is private and self-hosted, so your confidential contract terms, pricing, and negotiation history never leave your walls.
You don't change your systems — METIS connects securely to your existing data exports and adapts to your formats, even when the data is messy. We handle the setup: we translate your contracts into the engine, connect your data, and process your history to surface the claims you've been missing.
METIS is priced on success — you pay a small percentage of the amount you actually recover through the platform, with no upfront licence fee. This keeps incentives fully aligned: the more breaches METIS detects, manages and recovers for you, the more we earn too. And we only invoice once a claim turns into an effective payment or an accepted compensation from the counterparty, so you never pay for claims that aren't realised.
Yes. We're building an API for native integration with the main industry ERPs and maintenance systems. And because of how METIS works, it stays flexible about integration — it adapts to virtually any system and any data-transfer model you prefer. All the integration work needed to connect your existing systems is included in the services we provide with METIS.
METIS is a new paradigm for claims management — it beats the traditional approach of outsourcing to a third-party recovery team on every front. Accuracy, transparency and capability: the platform operates orders of magnitude beyond what the manual review of a third-party team can achieve. Recovery rate: METIS surfaces and pursues far more of what you're owed than manual, third-party review typically recovers — it checks every transaction against your terms continuously, instead of sampling a fraction of them after the fact. Cost: no upfront payments and no expensive retainers — we invoice only on what you actually recover, a small fraction of the amount and well below the 15–20% typically charged by third-party recovery firms. The result is greater recovery at a lower cost.
Continuous monitoring catches far more. A periodic recovery audit looks backwards: it samples a fraction of already-paid invoices, usually months or years after the fact — by then claims have expired, accounting periods are closed and your leverage with the supplier is gone. METIS instead checks every transaction against your contract terms continuously, as it happens, so breaches are caught while you can still recover them and while the relationship is still open. The difference is 100% coverage in real time versus a one-off sample after the damage is done — at a fraction of the 15–20% fee a recovery audit typically charges.
